A. The topic of this class will be GM foods or genetically modified food. This is a highly controversial issue, especially in Europe, and we will watch videos with different points of view and read editorials from both ends of the spectrum. The class will end with a presentation where you will be able to integrate the information learned from the videos and articles as well as your own knowledge and sentiments about the subject.
